Today I present to you the idea of a healthy diet lunch. I prepared salmon baked in the oven with vegetables. It can be served with rice, porridge or just with vegetables. I decided on barley groats. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

salmon fillet
 4/3 large tomatoes
3 small courgettes
1 yellow pepper
200 ml of tomato puree
salt
dried or fresh herbs basil, oregano, thyme, parsley
lemon
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes, courgettes and peppers cut into large cubes, salt it lightly and backfilled with herbs.
2. Wash the fish, add salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and herbs lightly backfilled.
3. The vessel heatproof grease lightly with olive oil, put the fish and we throw chopped vegetables.
4. Everything we put in the preheated oven to 200 of degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
5. After about 15 minutes it is worth to mix vegetables that will not stick and pour the tomato puree.
6. We can serve with rice, porridge or more nutritious to eat salmon and vegetables themselves.
