For today's breakfast i prepared a green cocktail with spinach, pineapple and banana. We are often busy and do not have time to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Cocktail is a fast alternative to supply an energy and essential nutrients for the day. Just 100g of spinach provides as much as 188% of the daily requirement of vitamin A and up to 604% for vitamin K. It's unbelievable what is in a few green leaves.
Ingredients:
2 cups of spinach (approx. 100g)
1/2 pineapple
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of water
-2 portions-
Pour water, add spinach and blend, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a uniform green drink. It is delicious! Try it! :)
Hmm, looks nice:) Spinach with pineapple - I have to try this! ;)
