Power of almonds

Almonds are an excellent source of easily digestible protein and calcium. Contain vitamin E, vitamin called youth, which strengthens the walls of blood vessels, thereby relaxing the skin. Protects against cardiovascular diseases and against the harmful effects of free radicals.

The effect of almonds also appreciate the people that are often under stress, working physically and overtired because almonds are also a source of magnesium, which is recommended in these states.

Almonds are tasty and healthy supplement that should become a regular part of our diet. First of all, because they provide important nutrients for a body, as well as regulate metabolism and prevent the accumulation of fat. Their snacking between meals is a good idea to maintain health and beauty.

  1. Almonds are one of me favourite snack! Firstly becuse they are delicious and can be eaten everywhere, and secondly due to the vitiamins which they contain. Love it!
