Today I present to you the idea of a healthy diet lunch. I prepared salmon baked in the oven with vegetables. It can be served with rice, porridge or just with vegetables. I decided on barley groats. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

salmon fillet
 4/3 large tomatoes
3 small courgettes
1 yellow pepper
200 ml of tomato puree
salt
dried or fresh herbs basil, oregano, thyme, parsley
lemon
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes, courgettes and peppers cut into large cubes, salt it lightly and backfilled with herbs.
2. Wash the fish, add salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and herbs lightly backfilled.
3. The vessel heatproof grease lightly with olive oil, put the fish and we throw chopped vegetables.
4. Everything we put in the preheated oven to 200 of degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
5. After about 15 minutes it is worth to mix vegetables that will not stick and pour the tomato puree.
6. We can serve with rice, porridge or more nutritious to eat salmon and vegetables themselves.

After Christmas greediness

It was so yummy! Now, constipation, bloating, heartburn, and even  diarrhea... Well, not everything you eat will come out on health. Christmas madness is often a real challenge for the digestive system. Fortunately, there are many effective, in addition safe and natural ways to eliminate unwanted symptoms. Should quickly help you. Rarely convivial sins need to be treated with the help of a specialist.

Flatulence is due to excess gas in the intestines. Formed after an overdose of carbonated beverages, legumes, cabbage, whole-wheat bread, but also dairy or milk. Sometimes it is the result of excessive air swallowing during a meal: if we eat too fast, or talking at the same time trying to swallow mouthfuls. Burning pain behind the breastbone, called heartburn, a symptom of regression of gastric contents from the stomach into the esophagus. It favors smoking, big portions of food, hot spices, sweet, yet heavy dishes (pies, donuts), coffee, alcohol, fatty and fried foods.

For heartburn eat dried bananas, apricots, or my favourite almonds. These fruits have the ability to neutralize stomach acids. Should help protect the lining of the esophagus and from irritation. Drink camomile tea. Even two glasses a day. For people who often have heartburn, is indicated the infusion of flaxseed (two tablespoons of seeds pour a glass of boiling water, drain off after an hour, and we drink before eating).

Power of almonds

Almonds are an excellent source of easily digestible protein and calcium. Contain vitamin E, vitamin called youth, which strengthens the walls of blood vessels, thereby relaxing the skin. Protects against cardiovascular diseases and against the harmful effects of free radicals.

The effect of almonds also appreciate the people that are often under stress, working physically and overtired because almonds are also a source of magnesium, which is recommended in these states.

Vitamin Bomb :)

For today's breakfast i prepared a green cocktail with spinach, pineapple and banana. We are often busy and do not have time to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Cocktail is a fast alternative to supply an energy and essential nutrients for the day. Just 100g of spinach provides as much as 188% of the daily requirement of vitamin A and up to 604% for vitamin K. It's unbelievable what is in a few green leaves.


 Ingredients:

2 cups of spinach (approx. 100g)
1/2 pineapple
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of water

-2 portions-
Pour water, add spinach and blend, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a uniform green drink. It is delicious! Try it! :)
